Roobet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roobet platform, operated at roobet-khelo.com ("Roobet", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on Roobet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue using the platform. Roobet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on Roobet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Roobet strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law in a way that makes your personal participation unlawful.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of any employee of Roobet or any company within the same group of companies.
• You do not have an existing Roobet account that was previously closed, suspended or self-excluded. Opening a new account to circumvent a closure or self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

Roobet may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on Roobet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be connected will be suspended and their balances may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information. Roobet relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify Roobet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Roobet will never request your password by any means of communication. Any communication purporting to be from Roobet asking for your password should be reported immediately.
• All activity carried out while your account is logged in is treated as authorised by you, regardless of who actually performed the actions.

4Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on Roobet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Roobet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200 unless stated otherwise for a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits are credited to your Roobet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Roobet does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Roobet may apply additional verification checks to deposits that exceed certain thresholds as part of anti-money laundering compliance.

5Withdrawals

Roobet is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary friction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed in under 45 seconds on average once verification is complete.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day.
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the real money component of your balance — including wagering-complete bonus winnings — is available for withdrawal.
• Roobet reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests. This may extend processing time in exceptional circumstances.
• Roobet does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

6Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Roobet offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus credit or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the offer card.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates for each game are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Uncompleted wagering requirements will expire at the end of the promotional period, forfeiting any associated bonus balance.
• Roobet reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits while a bonus is active on an account. Bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using automated tools, or any strategy that exploits bonus mathematics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on Roobet — whether on sports markets or casino games — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the platform:

• A bet is considered confirmed only once Roobet's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets in a "pending" state are not yet confirmed.
• In the event of a manifest error — an obviously incorrect price, a technical glitch, a data feed error — Roobet reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price. Players will be refunded their stake in full for any voided bet.
• Sports bets settled incorrectly due to an error will be re-settled. Any overpayment resulting from an incorrect settlement will be recovered from the player's balance.
• Roobet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market at any time without notice. This applies to individual players as well as market-wide limits.
• Any attempt to take advantage of latency in live betting markets or in-play odds changes is considered exploitation and may result in bet voiding and account review.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Roobet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Opening more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information.
• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose or depositing funds from unlawful sources.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker or live game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, macros or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any discovered bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider rather than resolving disputes through Roobet's support channels.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise exploit any part of the Roobet platform or its data feeds.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Roobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there is a reasonable basis to believe these Terms have been breached or if such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

• Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any bonus credit, promotional winnings and funds derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
• Genuine real-money deposits that cannot be tied to any breach or prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via the original payment method after any required deductions are made.
• Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day.
• Self-exclusion requests are handled under the Responsible Gaming section and are treated as a separate process from standard account closure.

10Privacy and Data Protection

Roobet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Roobet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment providers for transaction processing, with identity verification providers for KYC compliance and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies when legally required to do so.

11Responsible Gaming

Roobet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. Our responsible gaming tools are available to all players directly from their account settings and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximums. Limits apply immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before an increase takes effect.
• Loss limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or for a set minimum period of 30 days lock yourself out of the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and the player will not be able to reverse the exclusion until the minimum period has elapsed.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

Roobet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Roobet makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or entirely free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. Roobet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will not be liable for losses arising from service unavailability beyond the return of affected stakes where applicable.

13Amendments to These Terms

Roobet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect. Requests to close an account in response to a Terms amendment will be processed as voluntary closures and your real-money balance will be returned in full.
